Inspired by a personal passion project, Furry’s Friend is a conceptual mobile application designed to make pet care smarter and more connected. The idea stemmed from the need for better navigation tools for pets using e-collars and a more streamlined way to manage daily pet responsibilities. The app explores how technology can create peace of mind for pet owners and improve the quality of life for their furry companions.

From Classroom Project to Furry's Friend: A Journey in User-Centric Design
Taking inspiration from an academic project, I embarked on a personal adventure: Furry's Friend, a mobile app concept for pet owners. My journey started in a product management class where I was tasked with launching an e-collar. While managing the project schedule and risks, I became captivated by the potential to improve the overall user experience.
I envisioned a world where technology could not only ensure pet safety through e-collar navigation but also enhance their overall well-being. This sparked the idea of an app that would become Furry's Friend.
Fueled by curiosity, I delved into research, immersing myself in the world of pet care needs and user preferences. My findings revealed a clear desire amongst pet owners to track their furry companions' health and daily activity, mirroring the way they track their own. This insight became the cornerstone of Furry's Friend's functionality.
Beyond pet location tracking, the app would offer features like health monitoring and activity logs, empowering owners to become proactive partners in their pets' well-being. To bring this vision to life, I started crafting the app's visual identity, creating a brand guide that encompassed the logo, typography, and color scheme.
This project continues to be a work in progress, fueled by my passion for user-centric design and the desire to create a solution that fosters stronger bonds between pet owners and their furry friends.
