This is a subscription-based SaaS product designed to automate and streamline data migration, transformation, and integration processes across ERP systems.
Overview
Problem
Enterprises implementing or managing ERP systems face major challenges:

Manual, error-prone data migration processes

Fragmented tools and high costs for data cleansing and transformation

Lack of transparency and real-time tracking across the data lifecycle
Onboarded 3 enterprise clients during our initial rollout
Helped reduce reliance on manual tools and streamline ERP data workflows
Led client demos and presentations, translating technical capabilities into business value
Contributed to improving data quality, visibility, and operational efficiency
Impact
What I did
As both BA and PM, I was responsible for shaping the product's roadmap and structure. Key contributions:

Conducted requirement workshops to identify gaps in current ERP migration tools

Designed lo-fi prototypes for modules like data upload, cleansing, mapping, and transformation

Defined multi-tenant architecture, including an Admin Back Office and Customer Portal

Established user roles, workflows, and integration touchpoints (APIs, BAPIs)

Facilitated team alignment through sprint planning, demos, and backlog grooming

Conducted competitive analysis to position IDA against tools like Syniti, SAP BODS, and Informatica

Conducted focus groups and brainstorming sessions to gather user pain points and identify areas for improvement.

Designed the user flow, focusing on clarity, efficiency, and user-friendliness.
